Not sure if this is specifically Argentinian, but apparently it is South American.
- 4 cobs of corn, shucked
- 4 Tb butter, melted
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Maldon salt
- Halve the corn cobs.
- Mix the melted butter with cumin and salt, and brush onto the corn.
- Grill corn over medium high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, until browned in places.
