Not sure if this is specifically Argentinian, but apparently it is South American.

  • 4 cobs of corn, shucked
  • 4 Tb butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Maldon salt
  1. Halve the corn cobs.
  2. Mix the melted butter with cumin and salt, and brush onto the corn.
  3. Grill corn over medium high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, until browned in places.
